Sygnia Provident Fund Contact Details
Sygnia provident fund members should call the SURF Contact Centre on 0860 000 156. Members of Sygnia’s retirement funds, such as its umbrella provident and pension funds, are served by Sygnia Benefit Administrators through the Sygnia Umbrella Retirement Fund (SURF) Contact Centre, which is separate from Sygnia’s retail unit-trust line.

If your fund is administered by Sygnia Benefit Administrators, use the SURF Contact Centre on 0860 000 156 or email surfadmin@srf.sygnia.co.za. Do not use the retail line for fund queries. Sygnia’s retail Contact Centre, 0860 794 642, is for unit-trust and other retail investors.
Product or service support
Both contact centres work Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00. Sygnia says email queries received during business hours are generally answered within 48 hours. You can also sign in or register on the Sygnia online client portal at online.sygnia.com.
SURF offers in-fund preservation and annuitisation, so members can keep their benefits in the fund after leaving employment or retiring.
Eligibility, account or policy requirements
The SURF route is for members of funds administered by Sygnia Benefit Administrators. Sygnia does not publish a separate product page named “Sygnia provident fund”. The SURF Contact Centre is the published route for members of the funds Sygnia administers.
Sygnia warns about fake Telegram, Facebook and WhatsApp groups that impersonate it, and says you should verify its banking details before every transaction.
Escalation route
