Those three are the only customer support channels Gbets publishes, and it directs anything the FAQs cannot answer to them. 010 634 3855 is the support number – a Cape Town landline also appears in the licensing block at the foot of the site, but that belongs to the operating company’s registered office, not to customer support.
What this organisation provides
Gbets takes sports and horse racing bets and runs casino-style games including live roulette and baccarat. It publishes separate rule sets – Sport Betting Rules, Racing and Betting Rules, Bookmaker’s Operational Rules and Totalisator Operational Rules – and several distinct promotional terms for free bets, bonus funds and cash out.
Check which rule set covers your bet before disputing a settlement. A racing dispute is decided under the racing rules, not the general terms, and a bonus-funds question under the bonus terms – support will answer from whichever document applies.

Use the registered office for a formal or legal notice, and the premises licence address only when a regulator or a licence matter calls for it. Note that 021 422 2614 is a fax, published directly beside the telephone number, and that the site writes the phone number as “+27 021 480 7400” – a malformed mix of the international and national prefixes. Dial it as 021 480 7400 locally.
Support and escalation routes
Gbets is operated by Dymanex (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2012-121-966-07, licensed by the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board under Western Cape licence number 10179096-014.
The Western Cape board is the regulator to escalate to, wherever in the country you are. A bookmaker answers to the board that licensed it, not to the board of the province you bet from. Quote the licence number and the operating company’s name when you complain – a complaint against “Gbets” alone can stall on the paperwork.
Gbets is also subject to the Financial Intelligence Centre Act, which is why account verification is required before withdrawals – that is a legal obligation on the operator, not a discretionary policy, and support cannot waive it.
