Ordering from Pedros KwaMhlanga
Pedros runs its own ordering app, listed on the Google Play Store, which is the route for collection and delivery where the store supports it. Phone the store on 013 591 0440 directly for a large or catering-sized order rather than putting it through the app. Flame-grilled orders at volume need lead time. Check on the call whether this store delivers or is collection only, because delivery coverage differs store by store and is not uniform across the group. Prices and promotions are set per store in a franchise network, so a national advert may not apply here.
Other Pedros stores in the area
Pedros lists 212 stores nationally on its own store finder, with Mpumalanga well represented. The store finder on pedroschicken.co.za is the authoritative list: it gives the address, telephone number and per-day trading hours for each store. Store names follow the shopping centre rather than the suburb, as Cross Roads Plaza shows, so search the centre name if the town name fails. If a number you found elsewhere does not answer, check it against the store finder before assuming the store has closed.
If something is wrong with an order
Raise it with the store first, on 013 591 0440, while you still have the order slip. Franchise stores resolve most complaints themselves. If the store does not resolve it, use the head office enquiries mailbox info@pedroschicken.co.za and quote the store name, the date and the order number. For a food safety concern, the municipal environmental health department is the body that inspects food premises, not the franchise head office.
