Tyremart has one branch in Centurion, listed as Centurion CBD but physically in Zwartkop, on South Street. It is the only Tyremart in the town, so there is no second branch to try.

Trading hours

The public holiday hours are unusual and worth noting: the branch opens half an hour earlier than normal on a public holiday and closes at midday. It is closed entirely over the Easter weekend and the Christmas period.

Reading your tyre before you phone

The sidewall carries everything the branch needs. A marking such as 205/55R16 91V gives the width in millimetres, the profile as a percentage of that width, the rim diameter in inches, then the load index and the speed rating. Quote the whole string, including the last two characters. Fitting a tyre with a lower load index or speed rating than the manufacturer specified is the kind of substitution that voids cover on a claim, and it is easy to do accidentally when chasing a price.

Paying over time and fleet work

At the branch

Ask for the tyre manufacturing date before fitting. It is a four-digit code on the sidewall giving the week and year, so 2325 means the twenty-third week of 2025. Rubber ages whether or not it is used, and a tyre that has sat in a warehouse for years is not new in the way that matters. A reputable branch will show you the code without being pushed.
