Virgin Active Rewards and app help

Neither Virgin Active’s website nor its help centre gives a WhatsApp number for Virgin Active Rewards. For help with the Virgin Active app or Rewards, Virgin Active’s rewards page says to call 0860 200 911 if you cannot log in or have password problems. Cancelling a Virgin Active membership

Virgin Active’s help centre says to call 0860 200 911 to cancel, and its specialists will advise you. If you are still within your initial membership period, a cancellation fee is likely to apply. Have your ID number or access card number ready when you call.

If your account is in arrears, Virgin Active’s help centre says to call 0860 888 886 to make payment arrangements, or pay by EFT into one of its accounts, using your ID number or access card number as the reference:
