Tsietsi Clinic is a City of Ekurhuleni clinic in Katlehong, in the Palm Ridge area. The City does not publish a direct number for it that we could read, so the route is the City itself. Palm Ridge Clinic is a separate facility in the same area, so name which one you mean.
ContactDetails.co.za is an independent directory. We are not the City of Ekurhuleni or any clinic in Katlehong.
If this is an emergency

Tsietsi keeps clinic hours, not hospital hours. The City runs over 90 clinics, of which only nine are open around the clock. Jabulane Dumane in Vosloorus is the nearest of those nine to Katlehong, so that is where to go when the local clinic is shut and the problem is not an emergency.
Getting the current number
The City maintains a directory of its clinics with names, addresses and numbers, and that is the source to use rather than a listing site.
- City clinic numbers almost all begin 011 999. A number claiming to be an Ekurhuleni municipal clinic that does not follow that pattern is worth checking before you rely on it.
- Your clinic card names the facility you are registered at, usually with its number.
- Confirm the hours before travelling. Eighteen City clinics run extended 12 hour days from Monday to Saturday and the rest keep shorter weekday hours, so which group a clinic falls into changes the trip.
One of eight new clinics
Tsietsi was part of a City building programme that also produced clinics at Motsamai, Villa Lisa, Dukathole, Khumalo, Crystal Park, Selope Thema and Esangweni, alongside earlier openings at Tswelopele in Vosloorus and Palm Ridge.
That history explains two things. These facilities are relatively new, so older directory listings may predate them or carry numbers from the buildings they replaced. And Esangweni, from the same programme, is now one of the nine round-the-clock centres, which is why a newly built clinic elsewhere in Ekurhuleni may have longer hours than you expect. Ask.
City, not province
Ekurhuleni runs the clinics; the Gauteng Department of Health runs the hospitals. A query or complaint about Tsietsi goes to the City. A referral from the clinic enters the provincial hospital system, and the clinic writes the letter the hospital will ask for.
Bring your identity document, clinic card, Road to Health booklet for immunisations, current medicines in their packaging, and proof of income where you have it. Fees are means-tested, with pregnant women and children under six treated free of charge. Queues form before opening, so arriving early matters more than phoning ahead.
Complaints
Ask for the facility manager and get a reference number, then log it with the City, which runs the clinic. If unresolved, the Health Ombud on 080 911 6472 covers municipal clinics as well as hospitals. Conduct by a named nurse or doctor goes to the South African Nursing Council or the HPCSA.
