King Price’s emergency assist covers accident, medical, roadside and home emergencies around the clock. For comprehensive car or motorbike clients who have an accident, King Price covers car towing or motorbike trailering and transport to work or home. It does not cover things like unapproved towing or repairs, commercial cars used for business or trade, unregistered or unroadworthy cars, towing to a preferred repairer, cars or motorbikes not listed on your policy, repair parts or petrol costs. King Price call back request
On King Price’s contact page, choose whether you need help with personal, commercial or life insurance, enter your phone number and name, choose what you want to do, and select whether you want to be contacted as soon as possible or at a specific date and time. To arrange a payment, King Price asks you to log in to its app or self-service portal and go to My payments, then Payment details.
King Price also offers two self-service options. The King Price app works like a banking app for your insurance, and the self-service portal on kingprice.co.za lets you register and manage your profile online.
