Momentum’s contact page gives the Bellville office as 5 Mispel Road under Momentum Insure branches and as 4 Mispel Road under corporate offices. Momentum Medical Scheme hours are Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00. For Saturdays, the Contact Us page says 08:00 to 12:00, while the medical aid and Ingwe option pages say 08:00 to 16:00, so call before 12:00 to be safe. The Ingwe option page lists the same 0860 117 859 number for client service, claims and authorisations. Momentum’s contact page does not list a separate healthcare provider line for the medical scheme.
Momentum Ingwe and Multiply
Ingwe is Momentum Medical Scheme’s entry-level option, from R645 a month, with contributions based on your income and family composition. Ingwe members choose hospital cover from any private hospital, the Ingwe Network or the Ingwe Connect Network, and on the Ingwe Network use the Ingwe Primary Care Network for chronic and day-to-day benefits. Momentum Multiply is the rewards programme, on 0861 886 600 or multiply@momentum.co.za; Multiply Travel is on 0861 100 155 (multiplytravel@momentum.co.za), weekdays 08:00 to 16:30. Calls to Investo are verified by an SMS to your cellphone, so keep your contact details up to date.

For a two-pot withdrawal from an employer retirement fund, Momentum’s two-pot page says to WhatsApp “hello” to 087 240 6653. Momentum also offers online service enquiry and compliments and complaints forms on its Contact Us page, and the Momentum app for medical aid claims, pre-authorisation, finding network providers and downloading membership cards or tax certificates.
