BUCO trade accounts and online tools

Online, trade customers can download invoices and statements, view available balances, request quotes, add users who may buy from stores, see accounts across several stores, and get their in-store special pricing.
Customers who do not need credit can register an online business profile. It lets you claim back VAT, pay by EFT or card, manage several delivery addresses, sites and users, and create order lists. BUCO’s Services section also has finance options (including Evolution Finance and Capitec), building calculators for bricks and mortar, concrete, tiles, grout and adhesive, and plaster, a paint guarantee and paint product guide, and the thuso app. For account questions, the Customer Engagement Centre on 0861 174 273 or customercare@buco.co.za is the published route.
