Hyperli routinely processes refunds as a Hyperli gift card, and all Hyperli gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date you receive them.

- Open the order details for the voucher.
- Click “REQUEST A REFUND”, complete the form and submit it.

Missing voucher
Check the inbox of the email address you used at checkout. If the voucher is not there, email support@hyperli.com.
Closed merchants
Vouchers for Casuarina Wellness Centre and Inspire by Casuarina, both of which have closed, can be cancelled by contacting Hyperli Support, who issue a Hyperli gift card.
