What Hyperli sells and how its vouchers work
Hyperli sells vouchers for experiences, spa treatments, travel getaways and products. Deals are filtered by location: National, Pretoria, Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban. The site was still listing live priced deals when we checked it on 2026-09-26.
Each voucher you buy is emailed to you separately after checkout. The voucher and its Fine Print explain how to redeem it with the merchant, so book your spa, getaway or service directly with the merchant named on the voucher.
Hyperli routinely processes refunds as a Hyperli gift card, and all Hyperli gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date you receive them.

Hyperli refunds, missing vouchers and closed merchants
To request a refund on a voucher you bought while logged in: open hyperli.com/account, open Order History, open the order details for the voucher, click “REQUEST A REFUND”, complete the form and submit it. Hyperli support then contacts you about the refund. If you bought as a guest without an account, email support@hyperli.com or log a ticket to request the refund.
For a missing voucher, check the inbox of the email address you used at checkout. If the voucher is not there, email support@hyperli.com.
Vouchers for Casuarina Wellness Centre and Inspire by Casuarina, both of which have closed, can be cancelled by contacting Hyperli Support, who issue a Hyperli gift card.
