Pick n Pay asap! is the on-demand grocery delivery service. Pick n Pay publishes a dedicated ASAP support desk, separate from its in-store and Smart Shopper desks. The contact details below were read from pnp.co.za on 2 September 2026.
Official contact channels
- ASAP support: 0860 99 67 27
- Email: [email protected]
- Hours: 08:00 to 20:00, seven days a week
- International callers: +27 21 003 1600
Seven days a week to 20:00 is the useful part. ASAP support keeps longer hours than Pick n Pay’s other desks, which matters because deliveries run into the evening and at weekends – when the in-store and Smart Shopper lines have already closed.
The same number and mailbox also cover website Grocery and Hypers orders, so an online order placed through pnp.co.za rather than the asap! app goes to the same desk.
What this organisation provides
asap! is Pick n Pay’s on-demand delivery service, ordered through its own app, alongside scheduled delivery from pnp.co.za.
Pick n Pay splits support by what you are asking about, not by where you shopped. Using the wrong desk is the usual cause of being passed along:
- Smart Shopper points and accounts: 0860 30 30 30, [email protected] or [email protected], WhatsApp 060 070 3037. Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00, Sundays and public holidays 09:00 to 17:00
- In store, own brands and PnP Money: 0860 30 30 30, [email protected], same hours as Smart Shopper
- Pick n Pay Clothing: 0860 99 67 27, [email protected], 08:00 to 20:00 seven days
Note that 0860 99 67 27 and 0860 30 30 30 are different desks with different hours. The first covers asap!, online grocery and clothing seven days a week; the second covers Smart Shopper, in-store and PnP Money on shorter weekday hours and is closed on Saturdays.
One caution on Pick n Pay’s own page: the clothing support link is mis-wired. It displays [email protected] but the underlying link opens the Smart Shopper mailbox. Type the address rather than clicking it.
Address and operating information
asap! has no branch or counter – it is an app-based delivery service fulfilled from Pick n Pay stores, so there is no address to visit. Pick n Pay publishes a store locator for the physical stores themselves.
Delivery availability and slot times depend on the store serving your address, which is why the site asks for delivery details before showing pricing and availability.
Support and escalation routes
Raise a problem with an order on 0860 99 67 27 or [email protected] while the order is still recent, quoting the order number and delivery date. Report missing, substituted or spoiled items the same day – fresh goods are hard to dispute later.
Pick n Pay publishes a Refunds and Returns policy, a Scams information page and a Privacy Portal for data requests, and links the Consumer Protection Act from its footer.
Beyond the retailer, a consumer dispute falls under the Consumer Protection Act and goes to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud or the National Consumer Commission, both free of charge. The CPA also covers goods bought at a distance, which is what an app delivery is. A food safety concern is a matter for the environmental health department of the local municipality, and a personal information complaint for the Information Regulator.
