Official contact channels

Note the support address is on rsaweb.net, not rsaweb.co.za. That is correct and not a phishing sign – the operations centre uses the .net domain while the shop and marketing site use .co.za.

nnnn

RSAWEB publishes a Network Status page. Check it before logging a fault – an area outage that is already known will not be resolved faster by opening a ticket.

nnnn

What this organisation provides

nnnn

RSAWEB sells monthly and prepaid fibre to the home, fixed LTE, and business services spanning connectivity, cloud, mobile, security, VoIP and IoT.

nnnn

RSAWEB is the ISP, not the fibre network. On an open-access network the physical line belongs to the infrastructure operator, so a break in the street is fixed by them while RSAWEB owns your account, billing and service package. Knowing which half your problem sits in saves a transfer.

nnnn

Home and business support are separate routes on the site. A business connectivity fault raised through the home queue will be redirected.

nnnn

Address and operating information

nnnnnnnn

Support hours differ from office hours, which catches people out:

nnnnnnnn

Only WhatsApp and live chat run at weekends – the phone line does not. A Saturday fault therefore goes through chat, not a call.

nnnn

Support and escalation routes

nnnn

Check Network Status, then open a ticket through MyRSAWEB or call 087 470 0500 with your account number and service address. Keep the ticket reference – it is what an escalation is tracked against.

nnnn

If RSAWEB does not resolve the matter, telecommunications complaints go to the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa, and a contract or billing dispute can be taken to the National Consumer Commission.
