Supersonic Contact Details
The Supersonic contact number is 060 068 7377, for calls and WhatsApp, and the support email is help@supersonic.africa. Supersonic is an internet service provider selling fibre, 5G home internet and MTN AirFibre wireless, and all its products, including Supersonic WiFi for home, use the same support channels.
Because Supersonic sells over several different access types, the first question its support will ask is which product you are on. A fixed wireless or mobile service has no line in the street at all, so a fault on it is a network matter rather than something a fibre operator would attend.
This page covers how to contact Supersonic in South Africa. The details below were read from the official Supersonic contact page at supersonic.co.za/contact-us on 26 September 2026, rather than from any third-party directory.
ContactDetails.co.za is an independent directory. We are not Supersonic and cannot act on your behalf. Everything on this page is a routing aid so you reach the right official channel quickly.

Supersonic’s contact page is built in the browser, so we read these details from the page’s own code on supersonic.co.za on 26 September 2026. Supersonic says logging a support request is the fastest way to get your query to the right team. Account and billing queries cover invoices, payments, debit orders, balances, statements, refunds and account updates.

Supersonic Upington and other local offices
Supersonic does not publish branch or regional offices, or town numbers for places such as Upington, Ladysmith, Klerksdorp or Johannesburg. All areas use 060 068 7377 and help@supersonic.africa.
Self-service options before you call
- The official site at supersonic.co.za, where you can log a support request at supersonic.co.za/support or sign in to check usage.
- Calling outside peak times. Monday mornings and the hour after 17:00 are usually the worst for South African contact centres.
What to have ready before you call
- A clear one line summary of what you need resolved.
- Your account, order or reference number if you already have one.
- The identity document or account holder details, since most South African providers verify who you are before discussing an account.
- Dates, amounts and any error message exactly as it appeared.
- A pen and paper for the reference number. Ask for one every time, because without it a follow up call starts from nothing.
Who owns what on a South African fibre connection
- The fibre network operator (Vumatel, Openserve, Frogfoot, MetroFibre and others) owns the physical fibre in your street and the box on your wall. It installs and repairs the line. Its customer is your ISP, not you, so it holds no record of your account and will refer you back.
- Your ISP (Afrihost, MWEB, Vox, Axxess, Webafrica and others) sells you the service, holds your account, bills you, supplies the router and owns the relationship. For a fibre connection this is almost always the party to contact.
- Both are involved in an installation. The ISP places the order and the operator does the physical work, which is why chasing the operator directly does not speed anything up.
Most wasted time on a connection problem comes from contacting the wrong one of these. Work out which layer your problem sits in before you dial: if it involves your account, your bill, your speed or your router, it is your ISP’s, whatever the fault turns out to be in the end.
Complaints and escalation
If a first call does not resolve the matter, escalate through Supersonic’s own complaints process, keeping every reference number. Supersonic’s complaints team is at complaints@supersonic.africa, or use the complaints form at supersonic.co.za/contact-us/complaints, which asks for your service address, the issue category, when the issue was logged and your ticket numbers. Supersonic confirms receipt by email and aims to resolve complaints within up to 21 working days.
Keep a short written log of each contact: the date, the channel you used, the name of the agent and the reference number. Most telecommunications complaint processes ask for exactly that history, and having it ready is usually the difference between a fast resolution and starting over.
Avoiding fake Supersonic contact numbers
Contact details for well known South African brands are a common target for impersonation. Numbers that look official appear in search ads, social media replies and cloned websites, and the person answering is not Supersonic.
- Reach Supersonic through the official site at supersonic.co.za rather than through a number in a search advert or a social media reply.
- Supersonic will never ask you for your full card number, PIN, CVV, online banking password or a one time PIN. Nobody legitimate needs those to help you.
- Treat any caller who creates urgency, asks you to install remote access software, or asks you to move money to a safe account as fraudulent, and end the call.
- If you are unsure whether a call was genuine, hang up and dial the official number yourself rather than calling back a number the caller gave you.

If normal support has not resolved your issue, email complaints@supersonic.africa or use the complaints form on supersonic.co.za.

What should I do if nobody resolves my query?
Ask for the complaint reference and the escalation path on your first call, then follow the escalation route described above. Keep the dates, agent names and reference numbers, because every formal complaint process will ask for them.
Can ContactDetails.co.za resolve this for me?
No. We are an independent directory, not Supersonic, and we have no access to your account. Everything here is a routing aid so that you reach the correct official channel with the right information in hand.
Is there a cost to calling these numbers?
Supersonic does not publish call rates for 060 068 7377. Calls are billed by your own operator, so check your plan if cost matters, or use WhatsApp, help@supersonic.africa or an online support request instead.
