We could not find a website or a verifiable telephone number for Digital Planet Couriers, so we have not published one. If a parcel has not arrived, the fastest route is usually not the courier at all, and the section below explains why.
ContactDetails.co.za is an independent directory. We are not the courier and we cannot trace a parcel.
Why no number appears here

The sender holds the contract, not you
This is the single most useful thing to understand about a missing parcel, and it saves days of phoning the wrong party.
- The courier’s contract is with whoever booked and paid for the delivery. If you are the recipient, you are usually not that person, and the courier may decline to deal with you at all.
- Go back to the sender or the online retailer. Under the Consumer Protection Act the seller is responsible for delivering what you paid for, and that duty does not transfer to the courier.
- Ask the sender for the waybill or tracking number. Nothing can be traced without it, and only the sender can lodge a claim for loss.
- If the retailer will not act and you paid by card, ask your bank about a chargeback for goods not received. Do it promptly, since chargebacks have deadlines.
Delivered, but not to you
A tracking status reading delivered does not end the matter, and this is where most disputes actually sit.
- Ask for the proof of delivery, which should show a signature, a name and a time. A status alone is not proof.
- Left with a neighbour, a guard or at a gate is still a delivery issue if you did not authorise it. Say so in writing rather than accepting the status.
- Check the address on the waybill. A large share of missing parcels are simply at the wrong door in a complex or estate.
- Report it quickly. Claim windows for loss are short, often measured in days from the delivery date.
Sending something valuable
- Declare the value and ask what cover applies. Standard carrier liability is usually capped low and may be based on weight rather than worth.
- Keep the waybill and photograph the packed item before it goes.
- Do not send irreplaceable documents by ordinary courier without tracked, insured service.
- A service complaint can go to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud on 0860 000 272 once the company has failed to resolve it.

Frequently asked questions
What is Digital Planet Couriers’ contact number?
We could not verify one against a source the business controls, so we have not published a number.
My parcel has not arrived. Who do I contact?
The sender or the retailer, not the courier. The courier’s contract is with whoever booked the delivery, and only they can usually claim.
Tracking says delivered but I have nothing.
Ask for the proof of delivery showing signature, name and time. A status alone is not proof, and a parcel left without your authority is still a delivery failure.
Is my parcel insured?
Not by default. Standard carrier liability is usually capped low. Declare the value and ask what cover applies before sending.
