Jet Contact Details

Jet is a South African value clothing retailer. It was acquired by The Foschini Group (TFG) from Edcon in 2020 and now appears on TFG’s own brand list, which is why its contact route runs through TFG. The details below were read from the TFG Limited contact page on 31 August 2026.

Official contact channels

Old Edcon-era Jet numbers no longer work. Jet Mall, Edgars-linked account lines and jetonline contact details predate the TFG acquisition, and they still circulate widely on directories. Use the TFG numbers above.

What this organisation provides

Jet sells value-priced clothing, footwear and homeware for the whole family through stores across South Africa, positioned in TFG’s value segment rather than its fashion brands.

Lay-by is a store-level arrangement. The branch holds the goods and the payment record, so a lay-by balance, extension or cancellation is dealt with at the store where it was opened – the national line cannot see it. Keep every lay-by receipt.

Lay-by is regulated under the Consumer Protection Act: if you cancel, the retailer may deduct a reasonable charge, but the balance of what you paid must be refunded. That is a legal right, not a store concession.

Address and operating information

Support hours: Monday to Saturday 08:30 to 21:00, Sundays 09:00 to 19:00.

TFG head office: Stanley Lewis Centre, 340 Voortrekker Road, Parow East, 7500, Cape Town. Switchboard +27 21 938 1911.

Jet’s administration moved to Cape Town with the acquisition. Correspondence sent to former Edcon addresses in Johannesburg will not reach the business.

Support and escalation routes

Start with the store for purchases and lay-bys, keeping the till slip or lay-by receipt. Escalate to 0860 834 834 or customerservices@tfg.co.za with the store name, date and reference.

Send account questions to 0860 037 755 instead. If you held an account with Jet before the TFG acquisition, confirm on that line which entity holds the balance before paying anything – this is the single most common Jet account problem.

An unresolved goods or lay-by complaint goes to the National Consumer Commission; a credit or account dispute goes to the National Credit Regulator or the Credit Ombud.
