LiquidCapital provides vehicle service plans, maintenance plans, warranties and related cover in South Africa. It routes every product to a different number and a different mailbox – and some of those mailboxes sit on entirely different domains, which looks wrong but is not. Everything below was read from the LiquidCapital contact page on 31 August 2026.

Official contact channels

Note that two of the mailboxes are not liquidcapital.co.za addresses. Warranty and insurance queries go to m-sure.co.za and RenewTech queries to savm.co.za. Those are the administrators LiquidCapital publishes for those products, so a reply from either domain is genuine rather than a misdirection.

All five numbers share the 086 prefix and differ only in the digits after it, so read them carefully – 086 111 4384 for a service plan and 086 111 3408 for LiquidAssist are easy to confuse.

What this organisation provides

LiquidCapital sells products attached to vehicle ownership: service plans and maintenance plans, mechanical warranties, Adcover, deposit cover, tyre and rim insurance, life cover, mobility products, vehicle finance and RenewTech.

The distinction that matters most when you phone is between a plan and a warranty. A service or maintenance plan pays for scheduled servicing and defined wear items; a warranty covers mechanical failure. They are different products with different administrators and different numbers here, and a workshop telling you something is not covered is often a question for the other one.

Before contacting LiquidCapital, have the plan or policy number, the vehicle registration and VIN, the current odometer reading, and the name of the dealership or workshop involved. For an authorisation, the workshop usually contacts the administrator directly with a quote – so ask the workshop for the reference it was given rather than opening a second one yourself.

LiquidCapital also runs a self-service login where you can check your plan status, which answers most cover questions without a call.

Address and operating information

Quote the registered entity and FSP number in any formal complaint. LiquidCapital does not publish call centre operating hours, and the 086 numbers are national share-call lines charged at the operator rate rather than as local calls.

Support and escalation routes

Raise the matter with the number and mailbox for your specific product, not the general line, and keep the reference. Where a claim or authorisation has been declined, ask for the reason in writing with reference to the clause relied on – that wording is what any escalation will turn on.

LiquidCapital publishes a Treating Customers Fairly policy, a conflict of interest policy and a product disclosure document on its own site. The product disclosure is worth reading before disputing a decline, since it sets out what each product does and does not cover.

If it remains unresolved:

That last distinction is worth getting right. A dispute about whether the plan covers a repair is a financial services matter; a dispute about whether the repair was done properly is a motor industry matter.
