M-Sure Financial Services provides vehicle and motorcycle warranty and related cover in South Africa. Its products are frequently sold at a dealership alongside a vehicle purchase, which means many people hold M-Sure cover without recognising the name. The contact routes below were read from the M-Sure website on 31 August 2026.
Official contact channels
- Customer care: 086 092 7726
- Email: [email protected]
- Online: the contact form on m-sure.co.za, with topics for customer care, claims, sales and complaints
- Address: Building 2, Block A, The Bridge Office Park, 5 Boeing Road East, Elma Park, Edenvale, 1609
Choose the correct topic on the contact form. Claims and complaints are separate options from general customer care, and selecting the right one routes your message to the team that can act on it.
The same 086 092 7726 number appears on the LiquidCapital website for warranty, Adcover, deposit cover and tyre and rim queries. That is expected – M-Sure administers those products – so reaching M-Sure after starting at LiquidCapital is correct rather than a misdirection.
What this organisation provides
M-Sure groups its cover into three published categories:
- For your car: warranty, interior and exterior protection, tyre and rim cover
- For your bike: motorcycle warranty
- For your pocket: deposit cover, credit shortfall and credit life
The third group is the one worth understanding, because it is bought at the point of vehicle finance and rarely thought about again until it is needed. Credit shortfall covers the gap between what an insurer pays out on a written-off or stolen vehicle and what you still owe the finance house – a gap that can be substantial in the early years of a loan. Credit life settles the finance if you die or become disabled. Deposit cover protects the deposit you put down.
If your vehicle has been written off or stolen and the insurance payout does not clear the finance, check whether you hold credit shortfall cover before accepting that you owe the balance. Look at the finance agreement documents from the dealership, not only at your motor policy.
Before contacting M-Sure, have the policy or certificate number, the vehicle registration and VIN, the odometer reading, and the name of the dealership where the cover was sold.
Address and operating information
- Registered entity: M-Sure Financial Services (Pty) Ltd
- Company registration number: 2002/022941/07
- Licensing: Authorised Financial Services Provider, FSP Licence 21799
M-Sure invites visitors to its Edenvale offices but does not publish operating hours. The 086 number is a national share-call line charged at the operator rate rather than as a local call. Quote the registered entity and FSP licence number in any formal complaint.
Support and escalation routes
M-Sure publishes a complaints procedure on its own site, and a complaints topic on its contact form. Use those rather than repeating a customer care call, and keep the reference number.
Where a claim is declined, ask for the decision in writing citing the clause relied on. Warranty declines commonly turn on service history or on wear versus mechanical failure, so have your service records ready.
If M-Sure does not resolve it:
- A declined or underpaid claim: National Financial Ombud Scheme, 0860 800 900, [email protected]
- Cover sold at a dealership that did not suit you, or was not explained: FAIS Ombud, 012 762 5000, [email protected]
- The dealership or workshop conduct itself: Motor Industry Ombudsman of South Africa, 010 590 8378
Products sold in the finance office of a dealership are a common source of FAIS complaints, precisely because they are signed quickly at the end of a long purchase. If you were never told what the cover did, that is an advice complaint rather than a claims one.
