What this organisation provides

Centriq works largely through cell captive arrangements and underwriting managing agents rather than selling directly to the public. That matters practically. If you hold a policy underwritten by Centriq, you probably bought it from another brand entirely, and the day-to-day servicing – quotes, claims, statements – is usually handled by that brand or its underwriting manager rather than by Centriq. Contact whoever is named on your policy document first. Centriq is the licensed insurer standing behind the product, and is the right destination once the administrator has failed to resolve something.

Under a section 50 Insurance Act transfer, the insurer on The Unlimited products covering death, accidents and disability changed from Centriq Insurance to Centriq Life. The benefits did not change.

Centriq funeral cover

Centriq does not sell funeral cover to the public and publishes no funeral line of its own. It underwrites for funeral and church schemes through cell-captive partners, so funeral cover underwritten by Centriq is sold and serviced by the brand named on your policy, for example The Unlimited on 0861 990 000.

Centriq Life cancellation
