The capitalalliance.co.za address now shows a Liberty notice. It says the Capital Alliance website is no longer available because Liberty is optimising its customer online experience, and it asks for all queries to go to the Liberty Call Centre on 0860 456 789 or to info@liberty.co.za.
Liberty’s contact page gives 0860 456 789 and 011 558 4871 for general enquiries, claims and servicing. These are the lines to use if you hold a policy that was sold under the Capital Alliance name and need help with a claim, a change or a policy query.
The same contact page still carries a separate card for Capital Alliance Group Risk, with general enquiries on 011 558 2999 and email at Gr-info@grouprisk.co.za. Liberty lists 011 558 2999 for Liberty Corporate as well, so the call reaches the same corporate business.

Capital Alliance operates as a Liberty brand, and its products are underwritten by Liberty Group Limited, a licensed life insurer and authorised financial services provider. The retired website was headed “Blueprint Financial Adviser Zone” and carried the Liberty logo, which shows how closely the brand now sits inside Liberty.
