Check an Absa vehicle loan balance and manage the account
To check a vehicle loan balance with Absa, the existing vehicle finance account can be viewed in the Absa Banking App or Absa Online. Those channels also allow extra payments into the vehicle finance account from an Absa transactional account and provide access to a settlement quote or paid-up letter.
A car loan can also be paid by debit order, by EFT from another bank using the account as a beneficiary, or by cash at an Absa ATM through Cardless Banking and Scan and Pay. Cash paid into a car loan at an Absa ATM is limited to 100 notes per deposit.
Absa says a settlement quote reaches your inbox within a day and stays valid for six days.
