Nedbank fraud form and unauthorised debit orders
Nedbank does not publish a downloadable fraud form or fraud letter template; card fraud is reported by phone on 0800 110 929. For an unauthorised debit order, use Nedbank’s online debit order dispute form on nedbank.co.za, which asks for your name, cellphone number, ID number, Nedbank account number, and the amount, description and date of the disputed transaction. From 13 April 2026, debit order disputes must be raised within 60 days of the debit (down from 365); after 60 days you must go to the creditor directly. Valid DebiCheck debit orders cannot be disputed, while normal EFT debit orders can be reversed in the Money app or Online Banking within the window. An unauthorised debit order can be reversed and blocked for 3 months.
