The Akeso distinction is the one that costs people time. Someone in a mental health crisis sent to an Akeso facility may find no emergency unit there. Say which suburb
Durban has more than one Netcare hospital. Umhlanga is north of the city; Parklands is in Overport. “The Netcare hospital in Durban” does not identify which, and a medical scheme authorisation naming the wrong one is a problem discovered at the admissions desk.
