If you are in an accident, the emergency alert feature in the MiWay app alerts MiWay immediately so it can send emergency services to your location. In a medical emergency, the page also gives 10177 or 112.
MiHelp roadside assistance
MiHelp is MiWay’s assistance service and can be reached through the MiWay app, WhatsApp or 0860 07 67 64. It is included with Home contents, Buildings and Comprehensive car cover and covers towing, tyre changes, battery jump-starts, lost keys, burst geysers and medical-emergency support.
The stated limits are R4 000 for roadside help and R2 000 for help at home, or a maximum of 3 incidents a year. Parts, materials and extra labour are not covered. MiHelp is available in major metros, sub-metros and selected outlying areas.

MiWay call me back
MiWay’s contact page has a call-back form for customers who would rather request a return call. The form asks for a first name, surname, contact number and email, followed by what the call is about and a message.
The form notes that submitting it gives consent for MiWay to process the submitted details for a quote.
MiWay complaints, compliments and fraud contacts
