MiWay Johannesburg Contact Details

There is no MiWay branch in Johannesburg to walk into. MiWay is a direct insurer: it sells and services policies by phone, online and through its app, and the only physical address it publishes is its office in Centurion. What replaces a branch visit

• The MiWay app: take out a policy, submit a claim, chat to an agent, and use the emergency alert after an accident

• Client services and sales: Monday to Friday 08:00 to 18:00, Saturday 08:00 to 13:00
• Claims: Monday to Friday 07:00 to 18:00, Saturday 08:00 to 13:00

MiWay notes that these times can change over public holidays. The emergency assistance line runs around the clock.

The only MiWay address

48 Sterling Road, Kosmosdal Extension 12, Centurion, 0157. It is an office rather than a customer walk-in centre, and documents for a policy or a claim are uploaded in the app or sent when an agent asks for them. Be wary of anyone offering to meet you at a MiWay office in Johannesburg to sign papers or take a payment. MiWay does not publish any such office.
