How to claim from RFA funeral cover
Download the claim form from RFA’s contact page and attach certified copies of the deceased’s and the claimant’s IDs, the computer-printed death certificate, all four pages of the DHA1663 or DHA1680, proof of the claimant’s bank account, and a police accident report if the death was accidental. Email the signed form to claims@rfassurance.co.za or hand it in at a branch.
RFA reviews the claim and makes contact within 24 to 48 hours. If everything is correct, the payout follows within the next 48 business hours into the account on the bank statement you submitted, and you get an SMS on approval.
