Polokwane is listed on the DStv site as permanently closed for face to face service. The address still appears because the branch page has not been removed, not because you can walk in.
The remaining four centres take appointments through a booking link on the DStv contact page, which is worth using rather than arriving and waiting.
MultiChoice corporate contacts
MultiChoice Group keeps its corporate contacts separate from DStv customer care. Media and general corporate queries go to info@multichoiceafrica.com, the MultiChoice Africa corporate office mailbox, and the group site carries an enquiry form that routes compliments, complaints, sales enquiries and media requests.
The group’s own guidance is that DStv and GOtv subscriber queries should not go there at all. It sends them to dstv.com, gotvafrica.com or the local MultiChoice office in the relevant country.
Before you call
Have your smart card number or customer number in front of you. Nearly every account action, from a payment to a reconnection, begins with one of the two, and the call centre cannot act on an account it cannot identify.
