The telephone desk is open 08:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday and 08:00 to 13:00 on Saturdays, and is closed on Sundays and public holidays. Secure Chat inside the FNB App connects to the same team of bankers at any hour, any day, which is the route to use outside those times.

Eligibility, account or policy requirements

Premier is a banking tier rather than a single product, so the team handles the accounts, cards and lending attached to the profile rather than passing you between product desks. Note that FNB prints this number as 087 5777 000 on its contact page, which is the same number as 087 577 7000, just spaced unusually.
