There is no Nedbank branch called Rustenburg Square. Nedbank own branch locator lists four branches in Rustenburg, and none of them carries that name. The one most people mean is either Rustenburg CBD, in Rustenburg Plaza, or the Rustenburg Mall branch.

• Nedbank Boxer Rustenburg: 95A Bethlehem Drive. Branch code 170905. This one is listed with extended hours
• All four are reached on the national number, 0800 555 111. Nedbank does not publish a direct telephone number for any of them

Which branch does what

• Forex and international payments: only Rustenburg Mall and Waterfall Mall. The CBD and Boxer branches do not offer forex
• Small-business banker: Rustenburg Mall and Waterfall Mall only
• Teller and bulk teller: the CBD branch has a teller, Rustenburg Mall and Waterfall Mall have bulk teller services. Boxer Rustenburg has no teller listed at all, only enquiries, new accounts, personal loans and statements
• All four handle account enquiries, new accounts and advice, personal loans and statements
• Boxer Rustenburg is an in-store branch, which is why its service list is shorter
