Exact Contact Details
Exact is a TFG clothing brand, and it has no customer line of its own: exact.co.za now forwards to the Exact store on bash.com, TFG’s shopping site. For an Exact order or return, email support@bash.com or use the Help chat on bash.com. For TFG customer services, including the WhatsApp self-service line, use 0860 834 834. We read bash.com, help.bash.com and tfglimited.co.za on 16 September 2026.

The two TFG sites give slightly different hours for 0860 834 834. TFG’s corporate contact page says Monday to Saturday 08:30 to 21:00 and Sunday 09:00 to 19:00. The help centre article on help.bash.com says Monday to Saturday 8am to 9pm, Sunday 8am to 7pm and public holidays 8am to 5pm. Calling within the shorter window is the safe choice.
What this organisation provides
TFG lists Exact among its value brands in the TFG Africa segment. It describes Exact as selling everyday essentials and well-priced contemporary fashion for the whole family, and on the brand page read on 16 September 2026 it gave the number of outlets as 335. Online, the Exact range sits on bash.com under women, men, girls and boys, alongside the other TFG brands.
Because Exact shares Bash’s checkout, one support desk handles online orders for every TFG brand. Store account cards and credit are run by TFG Money, which is why account queries go to the TFG lines rather than to Bash support. The bash.com footer names Foschini Retail Group (Pty) Ltd as the registered credit provider, NCRCP36.
Address and operating information
Searchers asking for the Exact head office want TFG’s head office, because Exact is run from there. TFG gives it as the Stanley Lewis Centre, 340 Voortrekker Road, Parow East 7500, Cape Town, with postal address PO Box 6020, Parow East 7501. The switchboard is 021 938 1911.
Exact stores do not have individual phone numbers on bash.com that we could read. To find a branch, such as the one searchers look for at Northgate, use the store finder on bash.com and filter by brand, or ask the shopping centre directly. We could not confirm a Northgate branch from a TFG source, so none is listed here.
Support and escalation routes
- For an item bought in a store, return to any Exact branch with your slip. For an online order, use the Log a return article in the Bash help centre, or email support@bash.com with your order number.
- For a TFG Money account, a payment arrangement or a lost card, call 0860 834 834 or email customerservices@tfg.co.za.
- If a complaint about clothing or a refund is not resolved, the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud takes complaints on 0860 000 272 or info@cgso.org.za.
- If the dispute is about a TFG Money credit account, the National Financial Ombud Scheme handles it on 0860 800 900 or info@nfosa.co.za.
The WhatsApp number people ask for is 0860 834 834, which TFG labels as its WhatsApp self-service line for account queries. TFG publishes no separate Exact WhatsApp number, so treat any other number that claims to be Exact with caution.
