iStore returns and refunds
Under iStore’s Returns Policy, an unwanted product can be returned within 30 days of delivery or collection if it is unopened, undamaged and unused, with all accessories, and with the invoice or a return logged on the website. After 30 days, only defective products can be returned. iStore says it credits your account within 10 to 15 working days of the return reaching its warehouse or service centre, and may charge a handling fee of up to 20% if the packaging was opened, damaged or tampered with.
