MiWay does not publish a human resources telephone number or an HR mailbox. Everything on the recruitment side runs through an external careers portal, and there is one general number for anything else.

People searching for MiWay HR are usually doing one of two things: applying for a job, or trying to reach the company about an employment matter. Only the first has a dedicated route.

Requirements
The careers portal is hosted on a Sanlam domain rather than a MiWay one, which is correct and not a phishing signal: MiWay is part of the Sanlam group and shares its recruitment system. Applications are made in the portal itself, so a curriculum vitae emailed to a general address is not entered into the process.
Steps
The portal is searchable by team. MiWay groups its roles into Sales, IT, Actuarial, Claims, Client Services and Business Support, and each has its own filtered search. You can also create a job alert in the portal rather than checking repeatedly. MiWay lists employee benefits including medical aid, provident and pension funds, trauma, group life and family insurance, an on site clinic and an employee health and wellness programme.
Escalation
Three contact routes published by MiWay are not HR routes and should not be used as one. The mailboxes at behonest.co.za and fraudline.co.za are externally run whistleblowing and fraud reporting services, and the number 0860 00 25 26 belongs to the South African Insurance Crime Bureau, not to MiWay. For anything that is not recruitment, use the general number above. MiWay is a licensed non-life insurer and financial services provider, FSP 33970.
