Old Mutual Wealth Contact Details

Verified 2 September 2026Official source onlyIndependent directoryReport a wrong number

Old Mutual Wealth runs a separate service centre from the main Old Mutual call centre, with its own number, its own mailbox and its own hours. Calling the retail line for a Wealth query sends you to the wrong place.

Official provider route

Product or service support

The service centre operates from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Old Mutual Wealth is built around financial planners rather than direct sales, so an investment instruction usually goes through your planner, and the service centre handles account servicing behind that relationship. It runs a guided investment offering called Vista for advisers, alongside local and offshore investment strategies.

Eligibility, account or policy requirements

Old Mutual Wealth is at the West Entrance, Mutualpark, Jan Smuts Drive, Pinelands, Cape Town 7405. Its Private Clients arm keeps separate offices, each with its own number: Pinelands at Mutualpark on 021 524 4678; Stellenbosch at 97 La Gratitude, Dorp Street on 021 861 5300; Newlands at 22 Kildare Street, which shares the Pinelands number; George at 1st Floor, Building 5, 27 York Street on 082 823 2731; Johannesburg at 2nd Floor, Lacey Oak House, Bally Oaks Office Park, Ballyclare Drive, Bryanston 2191 on 011 245 3805; Pretoria at 6th Floor, 180 Maine, Park Lane West, 197 Amarand Avenue, Menlyn 0181 on 012 369 7236; and Kloof at 74 Old Main Road, Unit 7, on 031 767 7300.

Escalation route

Note that the George Private Clients office is listed with a mobile number rather than a landline, and that Newlands and Pinelands publish the same number, so asking for the office by name matters. A complaint about advice given at the point of sale goes to the FAIS Ombud; a complaint about an investment product goes to the National Financial Ombud; and where the money sits in a retirement fund, the Pension Funds Adjudicator is the correct body. The Financial Sector Conduct Authority regulates the licensed entities.
