Inaconnect Contact Details
We could not find any official contact details for Inaconnect. There is no Inaconnect website: when we checked on 16 September 2026, inaconnect.co.za was not a registered domain, so an “@inaconnect.co.za” email address cannot receive mail. Phone and WhatsApp numbers shown for Inaconnect on directory sites could not be traced to any official source. If an Inaconnect debit order has appeared on your bank statement and you do not recognise it, the reliable route is your own bank, which can dispute the debit order for you.
ContactDetails.co.za is an independent directory. We are not Inaconnect or a bank, and we cannot stop or reverse a debit order.
Official contact channels
| What it is for | Contact |
|---|---|
| Disputing an Inaconnect debit order you did not authorise | Your own bank’s app, internet banking or call centre (for example, Nedbank clients can call 0800 555 111) |
| Inaconnect customer care, head office, Durban office or WhatsApp | None published. No official website, phone number, email address or address could be found. |
Treat any “Inaconnect” phone number, WhatsApp number or email address that you find online with caution. None of them comes from an official Inaconnect source, and an address on a domain that does not exist is a warning sign in itself. Never give your banking PIN, password or OTP to someone who says they can cancel the debit order for you.
What this organisation provides
Most people searching “what is Inaconnect” have found the name as a debit order description on their bank statement. We could not confirm which company collects under that name or what product or service it says it is charging for. Directory sites describe Inaconnect as a telecoms or payments company, but none of them links to an official website, and we found no first-party source to support those descriptions.
Inaconnect is also not the same name as iConnect SA, a business connectivity provider at iconnectsa.co.za. Nothing on iConnect SA’s website refers to Inaconnect, so do not assume the two are linked.
Address and operating information
We found no official head office address, Durban address, trading hours or company registration details for Inaconnect. If you signed an agreement, the contract or the confirmation SMS or email you received should name the full company. You can then look that company up with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission.
The Payments Association of South Africa (PASA) explains that there are three kinds of debit order. A DebiCheck debit order must be confirmed electronically by you with your bank when the contract starts. A registered mandate debit order is registered with your bank, which notifies you, but you do not approve it in real time. An EFT debit order is based on an agreement between you and the collector that is not registered with your bank. PASA says EFT debit orders are the most prone to disputes and unauthorised debits.
Support and escalation routes
- Before you contact the bank, write down the exact description and reference next to the Inaconnect debit, the date, the amount and your account number.
- Dispute the debit order through your bank’s app, internet banking or call centre as soon as you see it. Under the industry rules that took effect on 13 April 2026, EFT and registered mandate debit orders can be disputed only within 60 days of the debit, and an EFT debit disputed in that window is reversed immediately. After 60 days you have to deal with the collector directly.
- Ask your bank to stop future collections by the same collector, and check your statements for the next few months.
One exception matters. A valid DebiCheck debit order that you approved with your bank cannot be disputed under the new rules, because you authorised it. If your bank tells you an Inaconnect debit was a DebiCheck order and you never approved one, tell the bank that too, and treat it as possible fraud.
