Two Sandton numbers appear on Innovation Group’s own pages: the contact page gives 011 790 5200 and the PAIA manual (2026) gives 011 790 5000 for head office. Use 011 790 5200 for a plan, warranty or claim. Innovation Group publishes no WhatsApp number and no customer SMS line, so a “WhatsApp number” found elsewhere cannot be checked against its website.

Innovation Group customer care and complaints
The customer care mailbox is customercare@innovation.group. Innovation Group’s complaints framework gives business hours of 08:00 to 16:30, Monday to Friday. Raise the problem by phone on 011 790 5200, through the contact form on innovation.group/contact, or by email, and keep the reference number you are given. According to the framework, a phone complaint is logged during the call, and a complaint through the website gets a response within 30 minutes. The framework says Innovation Group puts no barriers in the way of taking a complaint to an ombud. Keep copies of your plan documents, invoices and any messages from the repairer before you escalate.

Innovation Group describes itself as a technology-led claims business. It manages car and home incidents for insurers, brokers and fleet managers, and runs warranty and service plan schemes for motor manufacturers.
