Innovation Group’s South African office in Sandton takes calls on 011 790 5200. That is the number its contact form gives for motor service plan and warranty questions, and for ongoing claims and repairs. We read innovation.group and the South African regulatory documents it publishes on 16 September 2026.

Two Sandton numbers appear on Innovation Group’s own pages: the contact page gives 011 790 5200 and the PAIA manual (2026) gives 011 790 5000 for head office. Use 011 790 5200 for a plan, warranty or claim. Innovation Group publishes no WhatsApp number and no customer SMS line, so a “WhatsApp number” you find elsewhere cannot be checked against its website.
The old address innovation-group.co.za no longer opens a South African website. When we checked, it forwarded to the group’s global support portal. Go to innovation.group for the contact form.
What this organisation provides
Innovation Group describes itself as a technology-led claims business. It manages car and home incidents for insurers, brokers and fleet managers, and runs warranty and service plan schemes for motor manufacturers. In South Africa its complaints framework covers four companies: Innovation FSP (Pty) Ltd, Innovation Group Distribution (Pty) Ltd, Innovation Risk Services (Pty) Ltd and Innovation Group Services (Pty) Ltd.
On its South African regulatory information page, the group publishes Right to Repair lists of dealers and repairers for each province, plus one for Botswana and Namibia. It also publishes its network selection criteria. If you are choosing where to service a vehicle under a plan, check those lists first.
Before you get in touch, have ready:
- your policy, claim, order or reference number (the form shows the format AAAA-00000-AA-0)
- the vehicle’s registration number
- the name of the Innovation Group employee you dealt with, if you are following up
Address and operating information
The South African office is at 155 West Street, Sandown, Sandton, Johannesburg 2196. The PAIA manual gives the same street address for post. The complaints framework says staff handle complaints from 08:00 to 16:30, Monday to Friday.
The contact page also lists African offices outside South Africa: Windhoek, Namibia (+264 61 222 236), Gaborone, Botswana (+267 390 2301) and Grand Baie, Mauritius (+230 268 3101).
Support and escalation routes
- Raise the problem with Innovation Group by phone, through the contact form or by email, and keep the reference number. According to its framework, a phone complaint is logged during the call, and a complaint through the website gets a response within 30 minutes.
The framework says Innovation Group puts no barriers in the way of taking a complaint to an ombud. Keep copies of your plan documents, invoices and any messages from the repairer before you escalate.
