Absa car insurance is offered through three routes, and the correct contact depends on which policy you have. Absa Insurance Company car insurance is sold through a personalised call centre. Absa idirect is a separate direct insurance brand. Absa Activate is fully digital, with quotes, policy management, trips, rewards and claims handled through the Activate App. Your policy schedule or welcome documents show which one you have.

For an Absa idirect quote or call back, Absa’s idirect page lets you submit your name, surname, contact number, the insurance you want and a convenient contact time. What Absa Activate car insurance includes
Absa describes Activate car insurance as an open driver policy. It says you can earn up to 40% cash back in monthly rewards for good driving, plus an extra 10% for Absa clients, using a free telematics device installed once a premium has been paid. The policy also includes tracking if your car is stolen or hijacked and 24-hour emergency assistance.
